Indialantic is the first beach town as your cross the Indian River from the City of Melbourne, FL. As your cross the Melbourne Causeway to the beachside you will enter one of the most bustling areas of Indialantic called 5th Avenue. The streets are lined with small boutiques, restaurants and surf shops.
The Village Market is a favorite local hotspot. ITs a blend of a gourmet market, restaurant and rooftop bar! Relax and enjoy the views of the Ocean and the River as you enjoy your favorite appetizer and drinks. The bakery and espresso bar is sure to please with their tempting desserts!
Further down the 5th Avenue you will find one of the largest surfshops called Longboard House. Another favorite destination to buy clothing and ofc course surfboards! A fun place to check out the latest fashion and cool surfboard designs.
At the end of 5th Avenue is the board walk. Here you can park your car and enjoy the vast expanse fo the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy a fun day at the beach with friends and family or just enjoy a nice walk along the east coast!
This is a very popular location and housing is abundant. Whether you want to live in SOFA (south of Fifth Ave) or NOFA (North of Fifth Ave) you will find this is a great location to walk to local restaurants, the beach and great schools in the area. Riverside Drive is a favorite location with homes right on the Indian River!
